Question: If rolls are baked and they contain a majority of ground nuts and a minority of spelt flour, what bracha are the rolls?
Answer: Provided that the oat flour is added to the dough for either taste or satiation (c.f. Mishna Berura Siman 208 s.k. 7, 8), even if it is a minority of the mixture, the bracha is still hamotzi.
An additional detail that should be kept in mind is that birkas hamozon can only be recited if one ate a k’zayis of grain flour within the time span of achilat pras. Therefore, even if the bracha on the rolls is hamotzi one must ensure (if one plans to bentch) to eat a k’zayis of grain flour within this time span.
